  • How do I purchase a condo or house and lot from your website?

    To begin, click here to Schedule an appointment. We'll send you a Zoom meeting link to your email after receiving your details. During this meeting, we'll provide all the details you need to make an informed decision about the condo or house and lot you're interested in. You can choose the time that suits you best.

    Once you're satisfied with all the details and ready to proceed, we'll request you to pay the reservation fee for the unit. Upon verification of the fees, an Ayala agent from our main office in the Philippines will send you the Contract to Sell Papers, which you'll need to sign and have notarized in your country.

    After completing the necessary paperwork, please return all signed and notarized documents to the main Ayala Land office. Rest assured, we'll provide support throughout this process. If everything is in order, you'll be required to make your monthly payments exclusively through AQWire.com or as instructed.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    For all payments made from overseas, we exclusively accept debit/credit cards through Ayala Land's official AQWire.com payment page. Please note that as Ayala Land agents, we are prohibited from collecting fees directly from you. All transactions must be processed securely through AQWire.com to ensure compliance and transparency.
